FLIKRFIRE is the brainchild of Travis Seera and the passion of him and his (older and wiser) brother Tyler. From hometown markets to worldwide exposure, it has been a wild adventure of entrepreneurship! United as family and now partnered in business they are thrilled at enriching people's lives with ever more memorable moments.
A thoroughly discontent product developer, he is constantly working to refine both products and manufacturing. FLIKRFIRE was ideated in 2010 with a final product not arriving for another seven years. It all started with the desire for fireplace ambience in his small apartment: the primary mandate being that it ran on an inexpensive and readily available fuel. Until FLIKRFIRE release, there was no indoor fireplace on the market running on isopropyl alcohol. Learning on the fly as most true inventors, seven years of tinkering led to a finalized material and shape; a welcome reception from family and friends led to dipping a toe into broader sales.
He has watched the progress of FLIKRFIRE for many years. After transitioning from a career as a corporate treasurer he now thrives on the challenge of managing a manufacturing operation and helping grow the product line. When not working you will find him enjoying being a husband, a dad, and a Liverpool FC fan.
She's the real boss. How so? Oh to name the ways! She provides constant amusement, endless cuddles, and much needed distraction. We're not sure she's aware of her influence just yet. But just in case, we thought the least we could do is put her on our site. (And yes, on a recent run together the only watertight container in the truck was a sample FLIKRFIRE unit. Unused, don't worry.)
